In our mould production section, moulds can be produced till 10000 kg.

MOULD STANDARTS

In MTN, moulds are produced according to the standarts of DME, HASCO and other international standarts.

HOT RUNNERS

In MTN, moulds with hot runners are usually produced. Also all marks are used, these are usually used;MOLDMASTER, HASCO, DME,THERMOPLAY.

MATERIAL

We use all of the materials in plastic moulds, also in Turkey usually used ones are UDEHOLM, ASSAB and THYSSEN. At the same time we can use these companies heat treatment facilities to satisfy our heat treatment needs.

TEXTURING

Textures on a part are sent to resident and foreign texturing companies. Standex, Eschmann, Milim Desen.
