As Soon as MTN Mould is informed
that an order was awarded, we start to make
a preliminary mould design according to customer
approval or comments.
The preliminary mould design shows all the
main features of the tools such as; mould size,
injection, cooling, slides or side action mechanics.
In this way, our custromer can have an immediate
view of the Engineering Concept.After controlling
technical properties, we order steels immediately
and start deisgning. In designing, all of the
parts of the moulds are prepared as 3D solid
models and 2D technical drawing .
In our company, we use the best CAD/CAM programs
in their category. We can read the following
files by the help of these programs; IGS, PARASOLID(XT),
SAT, VDA, STEP, DWG, DXF, STL PRT, MOD, EXP,
CATPart, CATProduct. |
